I'm an unhealthy person, but I keep a regular sleep schedule of around 7 to 8 hours of sleep, work has me moving a bunch, but my diet isn't the best. Mhm. Coffee, energy drinks, tea, doesn't seem to be helping. I'm also staying hydrated, drinking 2 26 floz bottles of water a day.
