(I might go through this later, but for now, this is what it is. My wrists are hurting.)

I will just start with the simplicity of Heinrich. Heinrich had a rough beginning when he was just a mere colt, more specifically at the age of five. When he and his siblings, Posh (older brother) and Cacilia (younger sister), came home from school, his father told him to come into the bedroom where his father and mother would sleep. Upon entering, the room, he saw blood soaking the covers of bed with whom he thought was his mother, lifeless with two holes in her neck. There standing beside her was his father... Or the monster as how he calls his father, with blood smeared all over his face. With one swift use of his magic, the white monster turned into the plague (at least that was what Heinrich called them at the time) of a creature, a changeling. The creature merely smiled at Heinrich before he burst out of the window, leaving Heinrich in the bloodied up room with the lifeless mare sprawled out on the bed.

Years have passed since Heinrich had to deal with the death of his mother; anger and hate was flowing right though his veins as the barrage of images constantly returned into his mind, driving him close to the brink of insanity and the possible thought of ending the suffering the only way that he knew how. However, due to an inspirational talk with his older brother, Heinrich did find a way to cope with his thoughts, and that was to join the Equestrian Army at the age of fourteen. It took a lot of convincing in order for the other Generals to accept him, but since Heinrich, Cacilia, and Posh were homeless, they decided to push some papers and allowed them to enlist. With a couple years of training and hard work, Heinrich was already already a Major when he and his siblings were first deployed to Afghanistallion. That's when things got a little messy.

Heinrich (who was now sixteen), Posh, and Cacilia were on their first deployment in Helmand, Afghanistallion, one of the most dangerous cities in the country, if it wasn't the most dangerous. During their time there, Heinrich managed to keep his mind off of his mother and spent his time doing his normal duties, which was keeping guard while the platoon readied up to make their rounds through the city. Another way that Heinrich kept his mind off of his mother was the fact that he got his first marefriend. A beautiful Afghan tic known as گوزن, or Ahu. They formed a special bond as they watched over the other soldiers. There wasn't a single second that they weren't side by side with their tails wrapped around one another's... Things were looking up for Heinrich, right? Guess again.

Ahu was ordered to go into a cafe to talk to a stallion that had intel on the whereabouts of one of their targets... She accepted right after she and Heinrich shared their first kiss... She disappeared into the building for just a few seconds before a large explosion erupted from the main lobby of the coffee shop. Then the battle started. Heinrich just stood their with tears welling in his eyes while the platoon were fighting against the opposing forces. Luckily, Posh snapped Heinrich out of his thousand yard stare and had him move to a roof of one of the larger buildings so they could rain bullets down onto the enemy. The battle lasted for what felt like hours; a constant cracking of bullets whizzed through the air until one stray sniper bullet was heard. As Heinrich was firing down onto the enemy, he felt a warm splatter of liquid hit him. He looked over to see his brother with blood all over his throat; that sniper bullet pierced right through Posh's larynx. Heinrich dropped down and covered Posh's wound with his hooves as he called for Cacilia to prep a gurney. After doing so, she came up to see her brother on the ground while her other brother was keeping the stallion alive with just his hooves. In order to save Posh's life, she had to share a secret with Heinrich, and she knew he wasn't going to like it. She transformed into a changeling and used her venom from her fangs in order to cease the bleeding from her brother's neck. However, Heinrich, who hated the changelings, stood up in shock, completely forgetting about the rogue sniper. Once again, the crack of the sniper was heard, but the bullet missed Heinrich's head and hit his horn, snapping half of it off. Heinrich managed to take it rather well due to all of the adrenaline that was flowing through him, and he was able to get his brother down to the gurney and on a helicopter back to the embassy's hospital. During that flight, he and Cacilia had a very long talk. But in the end, he accepted her and still loves her as his sister, and with Posh recovering (but now a mute due to the wound), they are still a family.

A few years has passed and Heinrich is now eighteen. He and his sibling were forced to retire from active duty, but they were still allowed to work at different basses and training grounds. Going through another depression since he lost something that he absolutely loved (which was his job), found himself as a regular over at a local bar/gentlecolt club... That's where he met her... He saw a mare being sexually harassed by a stallion who thought he could get luck with a one night stand. Heinrich merely just walked over and told the stallion to leave... And he might have flashed his pistol at the stallion as a form of intimidation. Lucky enough, the stallion left and Heinrich was happy enough to buy the mare a drink. Later he soon found out that she was the owner of the joint and wanted to thank him by going on a date with him. One date went to two, then three, then four, then the relationship became serious. After a year, they got married and decided to have a foal. That's when she became pregnant. When the day came, they finally had their first foal, a beautiful colt named Ulrich. Think it's going to get better?

Heinrich was called into an embassy for some tactical reports and to scope out another target that was a potential threat to the world. However, he was only gone for a month. One month passed and he was on his way home to see his beautiful wife and his darling son... When he came home... There was his wife, in bed with another stallion. Heinrich was confused about the whole thing and couldn't figure out why she did this. The mare pushed divorce papers onto Heinrich and took Ulrich away from him, but she was forced to leave since Heinrich had lawyers and the house was paid for by the army. This mess put Heinrich into a spiraling depression that seemed endless, for five years to be exact. After that five year mark, Heinrich lost it, and he was going to get his son back. He did some research as to where his ex wife was living and found her place. She went from living a good life with Heinrich to living in a dump. During the middle of the night, he sneaked into the house and walked into the bedroom that had his son, after having a quiet conversation with Ulrich, the little colt agreed that he wanted to live with his dad and not his mother. Heinrich gladly got Ulrich into his Humvee and went back inside of the house to take care of some business. However, business was already taken care of. When he went to see his ex wife and her "stallionfriend," they were both lifeless on the bed with syringes and spoons next to them. They both O.D.ed on drugs and passed away in their sleep. All Heinrich did was take the phone, called the emergency hotline and left while the phone was ringing. He got back in the Humvee and drove home with his son. Now they both live a rather peaceful life as father and son along with Cacilia and Posh. One day, Heinrich will find a mother, or another father, who will love him and his son. Until that day comes, he loves his son more than anything in life.
