a pony name Gen Tonic is messing around with the missile which they are just in testing only and yet they eat it for no reason (you can't eat a missile because is big and is metal and also contains harmful stuff)

Well in that case, they will have one hell of a explosive tummy ache, if they survive it of course, but if they do, blast them with antimatter cannon, it will in definitely destroy them, cause anything in this universe is made of matter, while antimatter destroys matter.
