Been experimenting with this like- fuzzy filter over my art.
I think it makes it look soft. c:

I do enjoy when art has that "Soft, Dreamy" Look to them, I personally just copy the art layer, then use a Blur effect on the bottom layer then adjust level's for it.
But Continue making guud arts! ^^

Thank you! And yeah, my art program has a filter effect for it. I just have to select the layer and apply it. ( I save a version without the fuzz. )
