Detailed Personality
Emerald Night is a laid back Pegasus that is easy going and deathly afraid of heights. He prefers to fly low to the ground and as a result crashes a lot, hence the scars on the front legs. He looks up to Rainbow Dash but knows that with a fear of heights he wont be able to keep up. He is a bit of a night owl and has a job finding those lost in the wood and surrounding area bringing them back to safety with his trusty lantern. He is very protective of that lantern.

Emerald was abused as a young colt by his parents, Swift wind and Chroma Crest, which is where his fear of heights came from. He was removed from his parents and was placed in a home with an elderly couple. After Emerald had become of age they died and gave him his lantern that he uses in his job as a search and rescue pony.
