Design Description

Shining Armor is a young, powerfully built unicorn stallion with an alabaster coat, bright azure eyes and a cobalt and blue streaked mane and tail. While not as burly as an earth pony or lithe and aerodynamic as a pegasus, he's still built for the usually soft unicorn subspecies of equine.

Detailed Personality

Shining Armor may seem like a hardass, unflinching soldier...and that would be accurate when he's on the clock, though once his galea (helm) comes off he's very relaxed and easy to get along with, and, frankly, kind of a dork that likes to spend his free time whittling away the hours reading fantasy novels and playing roleplaying board games with his friends. Or sleeping, a Guard can never get enough sleep.

Shining Amor was given an excellent education in Canterlots finest schools, though he wasn't as studious as his younger sister and as such isn't quite the super-genuis (mega-nerd) she is. After his tenure ended, he volunteered for the Royal Equestrian Guard and studied to become an officer, finding his calling among their ranks and excelling there.
