Design Description
Fairly slim, standing about as tall as Celestia, maybe a little shorter. Her main and tail hold a neatly cut edge to them while hold rings keep her hair I'm a ponytail. Horn made of gold with a red stone embedded within the metal.
Detailed Personality
Very carefree and nonchalant, but not at all naive. Smiles constantly to show a much gentler appearance, but very manipulative and easily gets what she wants. Slow to anger and easy to please.Doesn't stop smiling.

Unlike the rest, Delilah is a native to Equestria, but due to her high magical capabilities, she managed to grow in power and learned magic that many shouldn't know and gained some beyond forbbiden knowledge which has gotten her in trouble many times. She dimension hops to avoid being captured.
