Design Description
Although he wears multiple types of clothes he is most commonly seen in his iconic Top hat, bowtie, and suit. Not to show off his wealth but to instead subvert expectations when he lets his cartoonish personality loose.

Detailed Personality
He is a bit of a joker, enjoying when ponies laugh at his jokes. He has an immense passion for his work, and always tries to help the ponies working for him even putting in his own work. Although it seems working as a cartoonist really rubbed off on him, causing him to have a rather cartoonish and energetic personality. He however, when asked, tunes it down and when it isn’t wanted. When he does he is rather quiet, but still has that caring personality that is loved about him.
