Flame has fire breath but, it freezes instead of burns. He uses it to make magical ice sculptures that will never melt. In a fight, his ice fire can reflect magic back at the caster. His flames have a major downside, they don't work nearly as well during the summer and late spring. His flames only making a cold wind and snow cone level ice.
