Detailed History
This is hard to explain but, the au where she's from is more or less the classic uni except Fluttershy rules over Equestria and the reason why? she had took it over while drunk and as to how she got drunk? Twilight had hoofed her a drink when Fluttershy visited her.

The entire castle plus any funds the kingdom has plus the entire Crystal Empire and it's funds too. So yeah she's set for all eternity.

Unlike the original Fluttershy, this version has better flight plus magic thanks to being made into an alicorn by the former princesses. She also has the entire royal guard of Canterlot Castle and the Crystal Empire as well as a new Changeling Royal Guard she had set up with the help of Chrysalis.
