I originally come from Canterlot in the Castle but I moved to ponyville when i was done two years of college. My parents are no longer with us but my sister Rose Melody and my Cousin Color Splash are good family. Nova started out as a young Alicorn filly raised by her parents in Canterlot. They were all a very wealthy and happy living family, her mother Midnight Melody was the Capitain of the royal guard (Before shining Armor) and her father was a very good doctor at the Canterlot Hospital. They were all a very wealthy and happy living family, her mother Midnight Melody was the Capitain of the royal guard (Before shining Armor) and her father was a very good doctor at the Canterlot Hospital. A year or so After they were married they had their first foal which they named Rose Melody. She is a white pegasus with a dark red and dark blue short, messy mane With a tail that looked like a rose. It wasnt discovered until a year later but she possessed chaos magic like discord has, they dont know how this happened but they fear it may have been discord when he first ruled, but they are unsure. They were afraid that she would be unstable with this kind of power, luckily she didn't harm anything or become evil. But she had a hard time controlling it since no one knew how to use chaos magic like regular magic. So she had no one to teach her magic, she had to learn herself how to control it. Rose was a very smart filly growing up, she had a big interest in flowers and she loved gardening around the castle when she would get older. She wouldn't get her cutie mark until she was 15 and she stated making magic flowers for potion users. But thats not until later Two years later after Rose was born, they had a second child which is Hypernova Melody. Hypernova Melody was a very kind, happy, and sweet filly growing up. Not only was she adorable, skinny and an alicorn but she was very smart. She went to school fairly early when she was about five though she did very well. Every grade she got was straight A's and later in life made honor role in her school. Nova is a music loving filly who had an interest in astronomy when she was really little, much younger than when most were interested in stars. But that was what drove her to start studying the stars... Nova's 7th birthday soon came up and only the princesses and only about two of her classmates showed up as well as their parents and Rose. She got a few gifts like clothes and a few books but what her parents gave her was a telescope. She had already had an interest in astronomy at this point and was thrilled that she got one! She wasted no time in using it and later memorized the planets and stars of the nearest 20 galaxies in 3 nights and got her cutie mark. But not only did she learn how to watch stars and galaxies, but she also learned how to manipulate Sound. She got this by just listening to her mother play the piano, she had been listening to it happily before she had a small magic surge causing her to change one of the notes on the key board sounding like a cats meow. Before long she was creating new sounds to everything. It was the night of her parents anniversary and they were out having their own time while they let Luna take care of young Nova and Rose as they had their out that night. Though that was a terrible mistake, as the two couple walked with each other in canterlot gardens they we're mugged and killed by an assassin apparently. There were guards around that caught the culprit but they weren't there in time to save Nova and Roses parents. It was brought to Celestia's attention the following morning that her parents have been killed, Celestia had no idea what she was going to do with the little filly she now had in her castle. Without her parents the filly would be sad her entire life but she wouldn't accept the lie if she said her parents left. So Celestia approached the filly in a calm manner and told her about her parents details. Nova and rose had no idea what to think of this she she just cried into Celestis arm for the following day, Celestia was heart broken seeing the little filly like this. She couldn't just leave them at an orphanage after what she's already been through so their was only one thing she had to do. Celestia went and adopted Nova as her own. It was a fairly boring rest of their fillyhood, ever since their parents died they had been depressed every so often when the thought came to her. They still went to school and as they grew up became more of a normal alicorn, though she never grew up to be tall like Celestia. She has always been top of the class, though that only brought more bullying and since she was older a little sexual harassment. She ignored it for the most part, she eventually decided to go to college with Rose for 2 years before dropping out because she believed that was enough. She never had any crushes while she lived out her life in Canterlot because most of them were bullies and too uptight to ever have any interest in. She never got any friends either, some ponies talked to her sometimes but she was still too shy to ever normally talk to another pony without Celestia pushing her a little. During her high school years she decided she needed a little money for herself so she decided to take up a part time job as a nurse at the hospital that her dad used to work at. Rose on the other hoof was in the same spot as Nova, she still went to school but she was depressed. But after some time she learned to get over it and so did Melody, Rose went through high school meeting new ponies and making some friends and showing off her cool chaos magic even though she was a pegasus. Once Rose got into college she was doing so many things, some advanced chemistry, gardening, Martial arts, Physics, and a few other things, so rose was super smart but also a pretty cool and chill pony, but she was also sometimes a bit mysterious. Nova continued on with her life without parents, The closest thing that was to family was Celestia and Rose. Celestia adopted Nova and Rose while she grew up and took Nova under her wing. At the age of 21, since Nova was an alicorn and was being taught by Princess Celestia, She offered Nova to be a princess. Nova wasn't sure what to think about this at first, but the more she thought about it the more scared and nervous she was. She thought of all the responsibilities and orders she would have to give and perhaps even rule her own kingdom! Melody didn't know what she should do, but she didn't want to have to face this decision. So she packed up her things and got some money before she took the train to ponyville, but she didnt just do that because of the pressure celestia had put on her, she was actually planning to leave anyway, so why not finally take that chance and go? Rose was there to say her goodbyes but Rose had to stay in the castle for a little bit longer for college and she said to Nova that she will join her soon after she finishes her fourth year. So off Nova went to start her new life in Ponyville.... Nova met this outstanding pegasus by the name of Lightning Dust. She was really nice and super sweet could do all these amazing flying moves. Dust offered Nova to live with her in her apartment along with her little sister Lightning Flicker. Nova had never met such an amazing mare before, she was the first pony not to make fun of her which really touched her and went happily to live with this new pegasus friend of hers. Soon enough they finally got their jobs, Nova got a job at the Ponyville Spa While Dust works for the weather team, a month later after melody had gotten enough Money she decided to quit her job because she had a job at the Ponyville Observatory on the side. After a few months the finally saved up to buy a nice two story house on the edge of Ponyville with a large yard and all. Their was a changeling outbreak and more changelings seem to be attacking the country as they know, so they decided to start hiring trainee guards. After the blizzard was over they applied for a side job as guards to get more money for a little while. While their, Nova met one of her childhood friends Gleaming Shield. She was part of a brigade that came from Canterlot to protect Ponyville for the time being, she was the leader of the squad and Nova finally had some time to catch up with somepony she knew from her home. Soon enough it is her 23rd birthday and Dust invited most of her friends like Rainbow Dash, Flitter, Cloudchaser, Raindrops and a few other ponies. But a few days later they finally start planning to go back to Canterlot to confront the princess but to also stay their for a vacation, Nova is very nervous to be going back to her home town but it is for the better cause... There have been many changeling attacks within the past few weeks they've been hearing. It started back in Trottingham where they got ambushed and completely attacked by changelings so the town of Ponyville have been under red alert in trying to protect it, Nova and Dust and a few other ponies like FireFly and Gleaming Shield have been put on towns surveillance so see if they could protect it. They find hoof prints near the everfree which they go inside and get ambushed but changelings and timber wolves, Nova tries to help with her bow but it didn't do anything and since she din't know how to use magic attacks she hid behind a rock, she later gets taught by gleaming shield how to use some new magic to defend herself. After that fight they go deeper into the forest where they come across a cave where it was filled with love deprived ponies, one being their friend Raindrops. Soon enough while Nova and Dust were at home some ponies knock at their door and it was Lightning Flicker and Scootaloo, but they were changelings and attacked them in their home while the real flicker and scootaloo were upstairs hiding. So now Nova is upset and they interrogate a changeling to see if they can find the Queen which has been hiding in a cave north of ponyville. They go their and talk to Chrysalis and apparently Firefly tried to sneak in the back and got captured. They make arrangements to make them stop fighting ponies and make them live in peace but ponies don't see changelings as normal ponies which cause them into hiding so they are going to have a truce between the changelings and ponies to see if they could live in harmony... They finally got the Changelings to stop attacking and they found Gleaming a mare friend, a bat pony by the name of Midnight Blossom. They hang out for a little while and have a few friendly fights and get to know each other a little more and they have a lot in common so they get to hang out more. Their was one day left till they head out to Canterlot and they decide to have dinner in the restaurant they first ate at. Their they had a nice meal with Flicker and scootaloo where Lighting Dust decides to propose to Nova which she gladly accepts. They finish and go back home where the next day they finally head to Canterlot... It was about a week later and they are finally ready to go to Canterlot, they have their things and they say goodbye to Flicker and Scootaloo and they head off to Canterlot for a wonderful vacation. Canterlot is an amazing place, not only is it Nova's home town but it's where Celestia is and all of her old memories, some good and some bad. They go get a hotel and go to enjoy some of the activities that we're their. It was finally the next day and it was probably the biggest thing they'll ever do, they get up and they go to the Canterlot royal hospital where they go to get impregnated which goes very well. It was a very hard thing to take in but its what they wanted, and in a few months they would have foals of their very own. Later that day the go where Nova lived in Canterlot, but first they would have to talk to Nova's "Mother" Princess Celestia. They go in and talk to her and it goes very well considering she left her for 3 years. they all talk and they go into Nova's old room where she still had stuffed animals and posters all over her wall since she was a filly which really brought back some memories. The day was finally over and they go back to the hotel for the rest of their vacation to enjoy the next day... They woke up the next day and decided to go see a wonderbolts show, its been awhile since they've seen one so they thought it would be fun. Little did they know Nova got to meet Lightning Dusts mom that had met them their, Thunder Strider. She was a very nice pegasus and they all went out since one of the racers had a bad accident. They all hang out before they go back home and sleep for the next day... They get home and we're greeted by Flicker and Scootaloo who we're waiting for them. A month passes and a knock was heard at the door. Melody goes to answer it and sees it was rose! They talk for a bit and hear that rose moved into town and got a job as a flower seller and gardener. Melody was glad that rose had moved into town because now they can see eachother whenever they want.It was that next week after settling back in, it was soon Nightmare Night, Nova dressed up as a Doe and Dust dressed up as a Shadow Bolt and went to the party also with Rose who dressed up as a cat. They all have fun at the party before heading home and to get back to reality... A few months pass after this and Nightmare night had arrived and they both had bellies as big as beach balls because of their pregnancy. Dusts mother had come to stay with them for a little bit and also thought about retiring her job so they let her stay with them for a little while. It wasn't too later into the week where they gave birth to their healthy baby foals. Novas foal is Triple star and the other is Frost Burn. They stayed in the hospital for a little bit till they were all healthy and better before going home to live out their lives with their new foals, soon even after that the finally decide to get married... They finally get back into the swing of things by going back to work and caring for the kids. Rose gets a job as an enchanted flower seller and Nova now runs her own music store! Melodies Music Store and sells instruments and stuff while her second job is an astronomer. Although there was a blizzard that went on and they were snowed in with their friend Gleaming Shield. They had lots of fun that night but while they were they found a baby deer outside in the snow close to passing away. Nova and lightning brought it In and Now they take care of it. They named her Missy and shes a very smart deer, she can even do chores! Shes a regular brown deer with a white under belly. Although she had a white tail and white muzzle. Now they will all live together in their normal lives once more with their family...
