Iridescent Edge was born under a royal guard and an unknown mare in Canterlot. She and Iri’s father Brilliant Blade—now retired—presumably had a…”complicated” relationship. Iridescent grew up in the relatively small town of Vanhoover where his father homeschools him and trains him in sword fighting.
