He is a lot like Sombra in looks just in my version he has crystals growing out of his hair and back, and his horn is a mix of crystals.

Detailed History
After becoming defeated twice he has finally learned his lesson. He has gone on a long journey through all of Equestria meeting many ponies and creatures along the way, studying in the ways ponies/creature live, even learning some transformation magic to transform himself into the creature he is studying. Such as Kirins and Changelings.
