Luci doesn't have an interesting history in the MLP world (the classic 'born, grown and now it's on school'), but in 'The Worldless Beings', she can turn into a kemonomimi girl and create new beings for worlds. They stay in 'The Worldless Beings' until they have a decided world, so that Luci is a very important person in that world.
