Design Description
A sky blue colored stallion with yellow tinting on the legs that starts at the hooves and thins out close to the body. His mane and tail have a dark purple highlight that starts out outlining the edge of his hair and fades into a soft blue base. He has emerald green eyes and a green magic aura that emanates from his horn.

Detailed Personality
Meino's general personality is a warm and welcoming one, one where he greets other ponies with a kind smile and a bubbly attitude. He enjoys being silly and expresses himself through jokes and random thoughts. He does have an off switch to all of this, and knows when things get to a serious point or when other emotions muddle his mind; that's when he becomes reserved and less talkative.

Detailed History
Meino was orphaned as a young colt when a flood swept through his birth village, which wiped out nearly all of the population. He was found on the roof of someone's home by a pegasus that just so happened to be a forge master who was on his way to Manehatten for an important meeting with regional sellers.
