Neigh Stalker isn't taller than a normal pony, but been slim as a stick makes at times him look taller. Living in a desert wasteland didn't helped much, such he looks bony and with some coat fell, letting his skin exposed. Neigh have a quiet simple behavior: he's a tribal, and so he don't know much of technology or how to use it (he'll may understand how a powerfist work, but a gun...).
