Design Description

Tall athletic alicorn mare who is a fifth seat noble of the Canterlot Royal court. She has many scars from her adventures as well as from diplomatic missions. The feathering around her hooves is cut long, and she normally wears her dark green with a light green stripe mane in a loose braid.

Education

Graduated from Magic Kindergarten at the age of 6; has a degree in linguistics and ancient languages as well as diplomatic relations and customs from Canterlot Royal College at the age of 14. She was also homeschooled by her grandfather until his death, then had private magic lessons from Celestia until she moved to White Tail Woods at 18.

Detailed History

Her mother, Crescent Blitz, one of a few remaining natural born alicorns from a bygone age. Her father, Silver Winter, was a 3rd generation apothecary and oracle of the royal court. Both parents were killed by rogue timberwolves while gathering herbs with Newmoon, when she was 12. Her grandfather continued teaching her and guiding her till he died when she was 15.

Chaosmode Light - This is one of two abilities that ere awakened soon after Newmoon witnessed her parents being killed by a gigantic chaotic timberwolf when she was a foal. She has the ability to heal up to 100 ponies of their grave injuries, or up to 1000 ponies from death. This will completely drain her of her strength if she heals the maximum amount this ability allows. if she tries to push past her limit, she runs the risk of dying in the process.

Chaosmode Dark - This is one of two abilities that ere awakened soon after Newmoon witnessed her parents being killed by a gigantic chaotic timberwolf when she was a foal. This ability increases her speed and strength to fight off her most toughest foe, however, she only has around 5 minutes to do so before she becomes completely drained of strength. This is a last resort ability, and will only use it when all other efforts have failed.

TREE OF HARMONY GIFTS - These are limited use abilities, for which they drain not only magical endurance but physical endurance. When using these abilities, the mane and tail will start to lose its color becoming white. Once the mane and tail become completely white, she becomes very weak, and vulnerable to being attacked. It'll take from hours to days to fully recover her strength, she wont be able to use her magic, or the more advanced spells during that period.

- Harmony Beam: A concentrated projectile of magical energy similar to the Mane 6's "Rainbow Lasers", but with a lot less power. It still can heal the chaotic and broken souls of it's target, and will pass through those of good hearts unscathed.

- Harmony Blade - This sword was forged from a fragment of the tree of harmony, a branch of the golden oak library, and infused with a small amount of power from the Elements of Harmony. This blade drains its wielder of their strength to increases the blade's harmonious resonance to cut away the chaotic and evil that plagues it's target. Once the wielder becomes unable to swing the blade, it dulls and returns to it's resting place, the Tree of Harmony, where it waits to be summoned once again.
