A fun loving, goofball of a pegasus that has a shy side when it comes to sharing her interests with people in fear that she might be seen as weird and or that they might not like what she does. However it usually ends up being that she overthinks things. Which leads to her having much un-needed anxiety about many things.

Detailed History
Originally from Haywaii, Rising came to ponyville for more inspiration and to seek a better life for herself in a different enviroment. Why would a pegasus give up such a luxurious place as Haywaii? Well when asked she says it's different when you've lived there your whole life. She spent most of her childhood playing a very tiny and worn out ukulele and scribbling on countless sketchbooks, Until now she runs her own art shop and sells her work in Ponyville.
