Design Description
Sandra is small for a mare and emaciated in appearance. Tan coat that is patchy and missing in places. The places where it is missing she has burn marks. Her face is ironically mostly clear of injury. Her main is style in a short mohawk that falls over the left side. Her tail is choppy. For being a raider she tries to maintain something close to clean.

Detailed Personality
Sandra like most raiders has a mild insanity. She is mostly lucid but believes a bomb she carries around (Which she calls Sir Nuketon the Third) can talk. She will listen to its advice or argue with it at times. When she isnt talking to Nuketon she is agressive but not irrationally so. If she comes up against a situation she knows is bad she will work around it logically, or at least as logically assomeone who has had a few too many close calls with explosives as she has will.

Detailed History
She was born into being a raider. At a young age she learned to respect the power explosives had and began to learn to harvest their power as her own. Being out in the wasteland caused many of the effects that happen to normal raiders to happen to her. Insanity, cannibalism, mental degradation but she managed to keep enough of her faculties to function semi-normally.
