Scarlett Time originally grew up in Canterlot along side her friend Celestia. The

duo took turns planning the activities for each day. While Celestia planned more " up tight

princessy " things , as Scarlett calls them, the other filly planned more relaxed activities. Weeks

after the arrival of Princess Luna ( Celestia's baby sister ) that's when things started to change.
