Sweet Palette's markings are similar to that of a Panda, with dark gray ears, marks around her eyes and legs. She has a long brown mane, tied into a low ponytail, green eyes and she bares the cutie mark, of a paint palette and brush.

Sweet Palatte is a creative and shy pony. For as long as she could remember she wanted to be a professional artist and began painting as a filly. Though she is often shy, she allows her art to speak for her. Sweet Palette's education is pretty basic. She attended Miss Cheerilee's class at Ponyville Elementary during her years as a filly and then eventually graduated to Ponyville High. Sadly she never got to attend college due to personal family business. By the time she was free to attend, it was too late. This has made reaching her goals and dreams much more of a challenge but she makes up for it as best as she can by taking art classes at Ponyville community college and sharpening her skills.

Sweet Palette started life out as happy foal. Her parents encouraged her creativity from the very beginning. As the years went by, and her talents became more and more apparent, She was able to earn her cutie mark by the time she was a filly. Sweet Palette doesn't make much money, as she relies mainly on her artwork to bring in any income. She doesn't have much but even if a bill or two can't be paid on time, she at least manages to earn barely enough bits to keep a roof over her head.
