Velvet Chocolate (pronounced choe coe latte) is meant to be a Mexican themed character. I myself am not Mexican so I can't guarentee anything perfect but I'll try my best. Also thanks to PB for helping me find the name for her. This character is under heavy development at this point in time

Design Description
Velvet has a sweet and innocent appearance to her. She likes to wear her mane long as well as her tail. Her body is usually covered in a sweet little skirt and shirt. Finally her wings are quite large for the average pegasus. It's not because of a defect or the fact she's a special pegasus. It's just because her old home was warmer, so her wings grew larger to let her fly easier and conserve energy. That and to prevent her from overheating from the amount of work she does flapping them.
