but ive been sitting on another idea
anxious dad along the name of tenderheart/yellowbelly/bleeding heart/namby pamby who is overbearing, overprotective, and goes into spirals over every little thing regarding his daughter
SCHOOL? oh god what if shes getting bullied CALL THE SCHOOL EVERY 2 SECONDS!!!!!!!!
BOYS??????? nuh uh LOCK THE HOUSE DOWN GET IN THE SHELTER!!!!!!!!!!!
his daughter is named cinnamon roll and is just a regular teen
but the problem is she's super sheltered by her dad and this is bad for her development. because of this, she's also very secretive and sneaky, and not really understanding of actual danger
she puts on a ''my perfect innocent protected amazing can never do wrong child'' ploy for her dad to keep him calm, while turning around and doing regular teenager stuff on q quest for independence and understanding
she is probably also adopted, and it's likely the dad will be a different species (mabye a kirin or a dragon)
her arc revolves around learning independence in a healthy way detached from her anxious dad, and his arc revolves around chilling the hell out before he locks cinnamon roll in a cage to keep her safe from the normalness of the outside
