Azurailo is a simplicity-seeker pony, but has some wisdom within him. Back in his country he rules on behalf of his subjects, not on his own behalf. In other words, he has some sense of democracy and ponyty (humanity). However he tends to really be short-tempered, and can get mad at someone really fast and easily.

Born an Alicorn, Azurailo is part of the Royain Dynasty aka the reigning bloodline of his country. As his father was Emperor back there and Azurailo an only foal, he naturally was the heir, thus earned the title reserved to Ferroviarian imperial heirs: Prince of Rails.
