you'll need an adapter that supports either 802.11a/802.11ac wireless types to be able to find and use 5ghz connections, those should normally be listed in any specifications

it should since it's under 5ghz; for adapters, i'd recommend going for one supporting 802.11ac to utilise the transfer rate
