callow can make anything appear on will(well.. she can only really make it appear if someone needs it, EX: Pone: "Im quite thirsty" Callow would pop up water, So anything she makes appears on her own wishes, will just disappear in a matter of minutes ), she can also float and teleport. The only time she can teleport to an EXACT location is when someone is in need of her specific help, Similar to the cutie mark map with friendship, other than that she just teleports randomly.
