I can roleplay Neighsay as the ridiculously stubborn and almost evil pony he was originally, or his redeemed self, a much more soft spoken and kind stallion. I lean more towards villain Neighsay.WARNING: If I do roleplay as the speciest Neighsay, please don't take offense to anything he says. I am simply portraying him as he was in the show!

Strict and conservative, Neighsay has very strong beliefs about other creatures being allowed in EEA schools. He does not care for being disliked by a vast majority of ponies. However, he recently redeemed himself and has shown to have a much kinder and softer side when he realized he was wrong.

Not much is known about Neighsay’s personal life, as he is not one to disclose such. He is a former history teacher, gaining over 15 years of experience before getting a job in the EEA and eventually becoming chancellor. Neighsay’s strong beliefs about ponies being the superior race stem from his thinking that Equestria should not change.
