Nightmare Night Contest / Create your monster!

*Puts on the music https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Su1u9n1YDS8 * This is a small contest for anyone who couldn't get a spot in the current one, give it a try if you're interested in earning an animated trophy, which you may use anywhere you like. All of them made by your friendly horse snake! I'm in charge along other five friends to look at everyone's submissions, monster fanatics, great writers, artist and animators who basically spent their entire darn careers creating monsters of any type, form or shape. It is also my most immersing topic of discussion, as we've created a long array of monsters over the past ten years. The contest is straightforward as it is, create your own monster, in any means you find comfortable with, Art or writing. Rules: - The submission must be a monster that can fit the "My Little Pony" universe to earn a spot in the best three. (Aka something that kids could get a scare of without being traumatized...) the MLP franchise already counts with an open universe to imagination, but certainly it is not open to ungodly creatures of [Insert any plain of fantasy that goes beyond a show of pastel magical horses] we are looking to check on simple submissions. You should know your own limits, if you're not interested in earning a best three, then your own monster can do. - Regarding Writing: It must contain a short story, maybe your character meeting this monster, or said creature terrorizing the citizens, how it looks, if it is friendly or hostile, the more you explain the creature's appearances, personality, and so on, the better! we cannot take a short-made paragraph submission, it is just not enough to describe something from a paranormal plain. Something this fun cannot be taken shortly. (Minimum of 3 paragraphs to at least make it) - Regarding artwork: Artwork is not required in this contest, but if you feel like submitting a piece of art about your original monster, make sure there's at least a brief explanation about it - name, location, or anything extra to help us understand what we're looking. Art submissions counts the same as the writing ones, so don't expect to earn more points this way, it's gonna be fair and square. It all comes down on monster's originality. The contest winners will get the trophy badges to put in your profiles if you so desire, be aware they cannot be featured in your Special Badge's block. But your profile's About and anywhere else you feel like. For participants, you will already win the one I'm displaying in my profile. 3º Place an Un-evolved golden trophy. 2º Place a semi-evolved diamond trophy. 1º Place gets the fully evolved nightmare trophy! They all have a small animation on em, and look shiny. Send your submissions through PM or discord, don't show it to anyone, but me! we will be the judges on that. Remember, your creations are top secret and shouldn't be shown if you plan on participating of course. I'll announce the winners in a day or so. You got all the weekend, plus monday to send your creations. Will stretch the time limit if necessary. That's all! I hope you find this contest a friendly, easy going to participate on.
