Snoozy is a average sized beige Pteral with white sock markings on her legs and a white blase on her face.She has short, curly brown hair that covers her eyes, and a short brown tail. She has darker beige freckles covering her rear and hips, shoulders, and cheeks. Her wings, hooves, and eyes are pink, and she is often seen wearing a collar-like choker that is the same pink as her wings.

Snoozy is a very laid back mare. She is quiet, calm, and reserved. Most of her time is spent napping on clouds or in trees, or sitting in the town square of Ponyville or Hollow Shades, watching everyone go about their days. She loves to take inspiration for her songs from her bouts of pony-watching. She finds every creature she sees very interesting, and likes to hear them talk. Other than napping and pony-watching, Snoozy enjoys writing music, gardening, cooking, and baking.

Snoozy is the child of divorced parents, which caused a lot of issues in her youth. She spent most of her years in Hollow Shades, with her mother. During summers, she would travel by train to spend the summer with her father.
