Outside of work, Syringe tends to sit alone due to her naturally introverted nature. When at work, she finds it easy to talk to ponies about anything and everything, and easily makes friends with many patients, but otherwise, she barely leaves her apartment and often seems rather shy and quiet, although still friendly; it isn't as though she tries to avoid ponies, she just rarely goes out of her way to interact.
