Being a one man show means I can't delegate tasks. Therefore, I have to efficiently do everything myself, including trying to pipeline the new projects. As part of the IM/Chatrooms project, there's going to be a "Send IM" button on profiles if that's your preferred method of communication.

They sit at the bottom of the screen, show users who are actively online, and allow you to monitor them while browsing the site instead of having to remain in an individual window. It's a standard chat system, kinda facebook esque.
