They grew up together in one orphanage. Heavystring was Undertone’s only friend though. The half-zebra filly was very lonely, not to mention discriminated and laughed at for having stripes, unlike normal ponies. She was considered a freak.Childhood was rough for her, making her shut off from the rest of the world. She only allowed Heavy into her nowadays stone hard heart.The pegasus wasn’t the luckiest as well. Being overweight among slim, fit fillies made her the loser among children so there was no big surprise when the two girls found their own language and became best friends.
