For the past few days I have been redesigning characters from a children's book I made in college. I intend to eventually restart the story into a comic. The characters are almost complete coloring needs to be finished and then shading. Question before I finish what color should I make the mother character? The father and daughter both have light gray with black hair towards the bottom of their hair. Right now the mother has a grayish black color right now with no hair split like the others. This drawing is of the daughter later in life. The new design of the daughter will be at the original age.
