This is Cotton Candy, daughter of Fluttershy and Discord. Her other wing is a purple bat wing, and her horn makes a bright yellow spark at the tip when she uses her powers. Her powers are weaker than Discord's and are a little more unstable. She likes to be liked by others and tries her best to be kind. She's chaotic and unpredictable at times, and has trouble controlling her emotions. Her emotional and magical troubles cause her a fair amount of distress, and her teacher Starlight Glimmer works with her to be able to live as a normal pony.
