This is Light Splash, Rainbow Dash's little sister. Light Splash is young enough to be Rainbow's daughter, and Rainbow took her in because her parents thought she would live a better, more adventurous life with her Wonderbolt sister. Light Splash loves art and is a lot quieter and less bold than her sister. Sometimes she is awkward and isn't good around cameras or crowds of people in general due to being raised in a quiet environment with her retired parents. Living and traveling with Rainbow Dash has helped her grow out of her comfort zone.
