Gods yes please. I had the day from hell today. Grandmother is dying, work paychecks are late, and I had to report a student being abused. I got home and started anxiety eating to the point I feel sick and I'm too drained to exist.

Aw shit, that sounds awful. I'm doing the opposite and NOT eating due to my anxiety levels. Not to mention the bullshit drama about my baby. My mother in law attacked me, kicked me and my husband off her property, and won't give us back our baby. It's driving me insane not having my baby.
