Are you sure the biggest problem isn't cheap materials and tools? Cutting costs to made cheaper products is an easier sell and an easier thing to make. At least my lavender buttons feel cheaply made. Pride went crazy with sandpapering his controller. Sandpapered plastic on sandpapered plastic feels slightly smoother, but sandpapered plastic on skin feels uncomfy
