Really was forced to arrest a 60 yr old because they poured water on a 91yr old so the 91yr old called police. Forced because due to an incident yeeeaars ago we are forced to arrest anything family violence and that's technically offensive contact family violence due to roommates and the 91yr old said she was offended.
