Finally drew her with an actual base! -squeee- I'm getting better with how I envision her.When it came to the MLP bases, I always made the yellow streaks super thick because it seemed to be a recurring theme in the series. But it always bothered me how abundant the yellow was due to how overpowering that color generally can be <3But, seeing Ocatvia's hair and how little thin streaks are also allowed -- very inspiring.The yellow in her hair is supposed to "accented" and not so much overpowering as I've been doing in the past. It never looked right to me but now <3 -squee squee squee- so happeeeeee, go Starry! c:
