Thau's new design In his RP, he realized he just didn't want to live the way he does. Everything is fine, but he realized that he can never really live a normal life in town as a necromancer. Soz he decided to achieve his one true goal; having his horn back. He built a machine from the unfinished works of an ancient artificer, where he was able to copy his body into a sort of pod that was genetically identical to his own. Now the difference from this body and his current one is that his new body is basically him before the accident. His physical body had to have magic constantly fed into it by magical items, dragon eggs, amulets, artificial magic, and whatever else contained magic to keep it alive. He had this new body aged up to 25, and he asked his staff, Eberron, to take his soul (therefore killing him); and put it into this new body. In exchange, Eberron was freed from the bindings of his staff. There are 20 to 30 changeling souls within it, and not only were they released from the staff completely destroying it, they were returned to their state of living using revival spells on Lurue. Now with his new design I decided to make some more tweaks. I loved his old design and I made it so that his old design had a lot of gold on it to kind of signify how he's just obsessed with getting out there in the world. Meeting people wanting apprentices and just trying to live life normally. His new design is much more toned down with a sort of subtlety to it. I always wanted the idea of giving him a common artificial hairstyle which is like this bun kind of thing with his locks in like a small ponytail and I'll have like a actual image of him or a pfp rather done of him to kind of cement that look since I can't really do it as well as I'd like. Because his design was really complicated I've toned down all the gold stuff I've added an earring that is in memory of Eberron, he still has his Golden horn ring which is a thing for the memory of Mulemouth, and golden rings on only a few of his locks. His tail is much shorter than before, and the general art style is cleaned up here. Similar to Tzarka, his plot is open meaning he doesn't have anything in particular that he wants to achieve, so that means he could participate in anything instead of sticking to just one desired thing. Right now his body is still very new, so he's getting used to not using a staff to do most of his magic, (Lurue does not have Eberron's death spells on it) and he's trying to navigate life as a horned unicorn again instead of before which is a very weird experience for him, since he hasn't had a horn since he was around like 19. And I've also decided to rework his cutie mark into basically the same shattered star but more simplified in a way
