new ocs, ROVER the griffin and RAMBLE the wingless dragon! a while ago, Rover (at the time named Gianna) was accidentally shot, being mistaken for a cassowary or a jaguar, as she's quite a different griffin. She ended up in the hospital, but after recovering and getting out, she had become very been different. From average griffin, to something more flighty, fearful and herdy. Unfortunately, the facility she was kept in ended up getting shut down due to the lack of funding and lack of residents, and she was left to wander equestria, foraging, speaking to birds , roosting in trees, and just existing. Ramble, a wingless dragon, ended up finding her. He was kicked out of his family since they got tired of him being wingless, but not being a non aerial dragon (like a drake, or long dragon). Since his body was designed to be capable of flight, but having no abilities to do it, they told him good luck and dropped him off in equestria because 'its just safer for you'', and he's been living there for some time. Made a cabin, traded the locals, things are.. eh. After finding Gianna living as a wild woman for who knows how long, he decided to take her in. He figured out that while she couldn't speak, she was very in tune with her surroundings, and quite attentive. Flighty and herdy, yes, but capable of combat and other essential skills. He started taming her, teaching her commands, and he turned her into a mount. Made a custom fitted griffin bridle and saddle (originally her design was going to be bitted but i went for a beak-shaped bridle and saddle design) Being able to achieve flight where he otherwise wouldn't have been able to, they now fly around equestria. Exploring, meeting new people, and more!
