So.. Instead of deciding what to do for spawn myself, I figured I'd let everyone have a say, since this server is going to be for everyone. Below are just a few ideas I have so far. Feel free to make your own suggestions.

Honestly, i'm not sure myself. The idea of building under a reef, with a glass ceiling so you can look up at the reef sounds really cool. UGH. Too many ideas! Lol. So for my vote, i'm just gonna do "other" so I can set results.

//I think you should make everyone spawn in the Nether and have a skyblock and everyone has to get in a nether portal in the distance while also everyone is having a battle to see who will be the lucky winner to enjoy your server.

While flying around to map, there were a decent number of small, isolated islands that had a few trees on them. So I'm sure you could easily find an island you like and claim it for yourself.

Well since it seems like most people are leaning towards the glaciers, maaaaybe I'll just do a hybrid idea. Start off inside a glacier, then bubblevator up into a floating city?
