Nova is a tall unicorn with a straight, red mane and a permanently grumpy expression. Her cutie mark depicts three red-and-white shooting stars arranged in a circular pattern. She always wear some covering clothes, either a casual hoodie or a more stylish cloak or blanket. She typically wears dark eyeshadow and accessorises with a black choker. Usually she is seen also wearing a pair of reading glasses.
