The stars in her eyes are not opt. She actually has those in show. She has a hair gradient and sparkles in her hair. She is fluffy and chubby ! She has freckles on her face and back hooves - but not her front. Horn and wings are not interchange-able.

Being born with a birth defect in the city of Fillydelphia, Prim was born with both a horn and wings - Making her (technically) a Alicorn! However, since her hair was big and poofy it was able to hide her horn and make her able to identify as a Pegasus for a while. When fillies found out about her hidden horn, they would stay away or be cautious as they thought she could be royalty and often bullied her about it.
