Joki stands at 5'9" with short black hair and an athletic build. Since arriving in Equestria he sports an olive drab bomber jacket, a pair of black BDUs, and a black service cap. In addition to this, he had a pair of dog tags around his neck.

On the surface Joki appears to be a relatively quiet man, typically sticking to himself and minding his own business... At least until he gets angry. While not an easy feat to get under his skin, if one proves sufficiently bothersome he isn't afraid to tear that person a new one. Literally or figuratively. Even with his occasional outbursts, his heart is generally in the right place and means well.
