Although not the sharpest tool in the shed,... or in any shed really, Arctic is one of the most jovial pegasi you will ever meet. He may not be the brightest, but he certainly loves brightening up other pony's days in any way he can. Occasionally he'll say something that'll be misinterpreted, due to him not (or more likely not able to-) thinking things through. A bit of a doofus, but one with a heart of gold, loving to spread joy and laughter to his friends and customers alike.
