They wouldn't be ferrets or weasels since Zero was once a unicorn. I might not have them ever mentioned canonically.
I don't know about an ordinary weasel/ermine it would probably be something similar to Zero. Outside of the pony canon Zero is a forced/soon to be animagus which there are many.

I got one of 4 of the characters I have been working on colored and shaded. I think it looks ok but the shading was a butt and probably doesn't look great.
