Favorite Fan Theories and Headcanons?

I don't particularly have any. I'm good with what the creators have put out there so far. Although I would really like to know what will happen to Twilight's friends. See, Alicorns have already been established to live for thousands of years, we know this from Celestia and Luna. Now, Twilight has ascended to Alicorn status. This means that her longevity has been greatly increased. So, she'll out-live her friends. What happens to the Elements of Harmony? Do they go back into stasis? Or do they disappear with their hosts? OR, it is of my opinion that Twilight herself will absorb the elements after her friends pass away, so therefore that is what boosts her magic to even greater and more Celestia and Luna -type status. She now is the full Princess of Friendship and holds within her not only the spirits, but the elements of her friends as well.What do you guys think?

A few facts to establish, is that Luna and Celestia are born alicorns while Cadance and Twilight are ascended alicorns. This means that at a certain level they are different, and I argue in this case that the latter two do not have the longevity of the royal sisters.Second, Meghan McCarthy has officially stated that Twilight will not outlive her friends. Now admittedly, how this will play out can be up for argument. Still, I feel not outliving her friends is pretty straightforward, especially since the question asked is whether or not Twilight was immortal.

Although, I do think the idea is pretty interesting for a headcanon and could make for a fun fanfiction. Especially since such stories do not have to necessarily match the canon of the show, books, or comics.

I know I'd love to be the one to write it, but I simply don't have the time. I'm more of a Yaoi fanfic writer anyway. But still, I'd like to see someone do this idea. It would be sad, but also a beautiful and touching epic if done right!
