I can guess it has 4 main frames, and then invert them to open the eye, for a clean loop, I can't do clean loops, nice job

Literally all thats kinda excrutiating is the blink speed, like CLEAN YOUR EYES DAMNIT, or just go ahead increase the delay of the static picture with open eyes , that way it looks more natural and not like you are trying to get something out of your eyes constantly
