So I was browsing the internet earlier today and I came across an article about a lady from New York who makes fur suits and has her own fursona. She's been receiving death threats because she's a furry. She ignores them though and still has lots of support regardless. But it got me thinking since I support both the furry and mlp communities that we actually have a lot in common. The furry community is a very friendly and open community just like the brony community, and we also receive a lot of backlash from haters for whatever reason, whether it's them thinking us as gay or that our fandoms are nothing more than sexual fetishes to them. And true that stuff is there in both communities, but it doesn't define what each community is. Both fandoms are much more than that. But let me here your thoughts on the subject. And also do you think bronies are also furries in a way? Let me know in the comments.
